Thai salad
We can prepare this salad at least once to fall in love with him once and for all. My sincere thanks to the author of the recipe - Kitten.

Ingredients

The ingredients that we need to prepare the filling: soy sauce, sweet chili sauce, fish sauce, olive oil, dried salted squid, onion, garlic, tomatoes, chili, lemon juice.

Grind 2 tbsp dried salted squid 3 cloves of garlic and one chili pepper.

Two onions cut into half rings and marinate, adding 2 tsp sugar and the juice of half a lemon. Leave for 10 minutes.

Let's gas station. Mix 2 tbsp soy sauce, 1 tsp fish sauce and 1 tbsp of sweet chili sauce. If you don't have fish sauce, you can do without it or replace with oyster. My attempts to replace the fish sauce with a paste of anchovies, was not successful. This step is not appreciated by anybody. The taste of the dish turned out too rich and salty, but by the experiments is oyster sauce seemed more appropriate and harmonious in this case. But the decision is up to you.

Supplements salt in this salad we didn't need, it made up for the soy and fish sauces and dried squid. Serve this salad immediately. If you plan to do it the next day, in this case, send the prepared sauce in the fridge, and the tomatoes and lettuce, add it just before serving, otherwise, they will give lots of liquids that will negatively affect the taste of the dish.
