Homemade carrot cake
Going through old records of recipes of the Soviet era, when all the shared recipes of pickles, salads and cakes have found a recipe for homemade cake "Ah". In my cookbook, the recipe is kept more than 30 years. The cake is very tasty, tender, melting in your mouth. I suggest to You, dear cooks, to remember our Soviet era and to make this not a complicated cake with me.

Ingredients

  • Flour

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Carrots

    1 cup

  • Mayonnaise

    0.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Soda

    1 tsp

  • Cream

    500 ml

  • Lemon syrup

    3 Tbsp

  • Thickener for cream

    2 pack

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Syrup fruit

  • Orange

    2 piece

  • Coconut shavings

Separate the yolks from the whites.
