Salad
One of my most favorite salads. Very easy to prepare, but very tasty. The name I came up with, but not just. The fact that this salad always makes my friend Helen, when I come to visit her. And she lives in the village Starominskaya Krasnodar territory, and, as she says, this salad they have in the village, known to many. Try it and You!

Ingredients

  • Heart

    1 piece

  • Pepper

    1 piece

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Greens

  • Vinegar

    3 Tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Salt

  • Olive oil

  • Lettuce

Cooking

Heart (or any by-products. Very tasty with chicken ventricles), boil in salted water until tender.

Onion, cut into thin strips. Marinated in vinegar, diluted with water (1:1).

Add sugar.

Pepper, different colors better (I have large halves of red and yellow), cut into thin strips.

Finely chop all the greens. I have this parsley, dill, cilantro and green onions.

Heart to cool in the broth (to make it juicier) and cut into strips. If it is fat - its better to cut.

Mix chopped foods, squeeze the garlic.

Add the onion, releasing it from the marinade.

Salad salt - to taste, can be a little pepper. Season with olive oil. Or sunflower with the scent, as does my girlfriend. I do and so and so. Sunflower, gives his note, but some don't like it. Do you any favorite oil to fill.

Spread on lettuce leaves and serve. If you give the salad to brew, it will become more sharp (my husband loves that way).
