Yesterday's black bread grind in a blender.
Mix all the ingredients and put this mixture in the muffin. I laid out in silicon, although metal molds to do much easier.
Put them in a hot oven (180 degrees) for 20 minutes. Take out and leave to cool in the form.
Ready basket you can stuff with anything. Any salad (I have, in this case, three baskets with chicken salad and two ham and cheese.
