Delicious, simple and quick recipe regular carrots. This dish is usually served on the Jewish New Year of Rosh ha-Shana, where honey – based meal. But, regardless of religion, nothing prevents us to prepare this simple and healthy dish for the everyday table

Cooking
For this recipe, it is desirable to have a little "baby carrots" and a gentle mustard, which is usually poured hot dogs.

When the carrot is cooked (it should not be very soft), release the water from the pot, put there prepared carrots, pour the dressing, close the lid and shake a couple of times so all of it was covered with a honey glaze. Leave carrots under the lid for 10-15 min, occasionally shaking it. Since any accumulating Zepter cookware has a three layer bottom, carrots marinated faster and stay warm before serving, despite the fact that cookware is not on the plate.
