Marinated gooseberries

  • Sugar

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Honey

    2 Tbsp

  • Vinegar

    50 ml

  • Dill

    1 tsp

  • Mustard

With berries of a gooseberry cut the tails. I prefer to do it with scissors. The process is not difficult, just a bit boring. The berries thoroughly under running water.

I'm so gooseberry is stored in the refrigerator, as I am absolutely not friends with blanks and never roll.
