Description
All my family and friends know what recipes herring if I do not collect, then cook EVERYTHING, seen once read somewhere, all borrowed from someone, etc. Because I love herring. The recipe seen in the magazine, slightly altered... And let me tell You that the salad is mega delicious, but also very unusual. A kind of alternative to the fur coat, but lighter and is dietary. Try it and You, Maybe You will like this dish. We personally were thrilled!!!

Cooking
The beets and peel the potatoes, cut into cubes, 1 cm herring (I always buy a whole herring, fillets take very rarely, Villeroy and clean herself) cut into small cubes, removing all small bones.
Apple peel, remove core, cut the fruit into 4 pieces and also cut into cubes.
Yogurt (preferably thick) season with horseradish, if you want salt, optional and to taste with pepper and lemon juice. Finely chopped onions (can be replaced by green) and add to the sauce.
Put in a yogurt marinade cubes of potatoes, beets and Apple, stir gently to not mash the potatoes. Cubes of herring pour the cooked yoghurt and vegetable ground, cover the ground with a lid and put into the refrigerator not less than 2 hours (better overnight).
Put in portion cups. Bon appetit!
