Walnut mini-cake for the microwave
To learn how to use the microwave not only for reheating and defrosting foods is a recent I have a dream. A big thank you to Ira (ires), which I made sure did so in the microwave can oven. And I make my small contribution to the development of this wonderful technology.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    5 piece

  • Walnuts

    150 g

  • Sugar

    150 g

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Cream

    4 Tbsp

  • Vanilla sugar

Cooking

4 eggs divided into whites and yolks. Whip whites into a thick foam.

Yolk good RUB with 100 g (0.5 cups) of sugar to cream.

The well-mashed yolks add 100 g of chopped nuts, flour and vanilla sugar, mix well. Then spread the beaten egg whites and very gently stir them into the dough. Put in a microwave, greased. I additionally put on the bottom a circle of parchment, just in case. Bake in the regime of MICROWAVE (without grill and convection) for about 7-8 minutes. I have power 850 W the cake was ready for 7.30. Willingness to check with a match or wooden toothpick.

For the filling, in a small saucepan for the microwave, mix 1 egg, 50g sugar and cream. Add 50g (2st. L.) nuts. Put in the microwave and heat on full power for 20-30 seconds several times, each time stirring until thick.

That such should be mixed nuts.

The cooled cake cut into two parts. Compared with the oven, it gets a little dry, so I soaked the cakes in sugar syrup (in the recipe it was not). Spread one cake with filling and cover with second Korzh. On top you can cover any icing.

This has turned into a cake. Simple but quick and delicious. And most importantly, another step towards the development of the microwave.
