Ingredients

  • Milk

    500 ml

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Brown sugar

    70 g

  • Salt

    1 pinch

  • Cardamom

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.5 tsp

  • Cocoa powder

    2 Tbsp

  • Yolk egg

    2 piece

  • Lemon peel

    1 tsp

  • Dark chocolate

    150 g

  • Butter

    15 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Ginger

    0.333 tsp

  • Starch

    2 Tbsp

Cooking

Yolks, stir in milk.

In a bowl, mix sugar, cardamom, cinnamon, and salt.

Mix cocoa powder and starch. Add to the sugar. Mix well.

Slowly add the egg milk into the dry mixture, stirring constantly. Put on the fire. Bring to a boil and cook 2 minutes, stirring constantly. The mixture should thicken. Remove from the heat.

Add pieces of chocolate and butter. Stir with whisk until chocolate is completely dissolved. Leave to cool to room temperature.

Whip the cream until stiff peaks. Add the vanilla sugar and lemon zest. Mix well.

Add the whipped cream into the cooled chocolate. Work with a spatula, mix well.

Put the cream into prepared molds for dessert. Refrigerate minimum 2 hours.
