The Soup
The memory about the Soviet times. I really liked the soup with the "stars" of the nondescript bag. And here in the store happened to see these "stars", was raided by pleasant memories of childhood. Came home, the soup was ready in 30 minutes. Delicious soup, simple, but such a homely, nourishing and fragrant. I have not tried to reproduce the same taste, but were guided by the preferences of family members.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    150 g

  • Pasta

    0.5 cup

  • Carrots

    1 piece

  • Potatoes

    2 piece

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Soy sauce

    3 Tbsp

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Parsley

    2 sprig

  • Spices

  • Water

    1 l

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

Vegetables clean. Carrots and pickled cucumbers cut into small cubes, potatoes and tomatoes - medium. Mushrooms, I have frozen, already chopped. Leeks (white and green part) finely chop, parsley chopped.

In a saucepan with a thick bottom to heat the rust. oil, add the potatoes and carrots. Sauté for 5 minutes.

Add pickled cucumber, leek, tomatoes, mushrooms, parsley, soy sauce. Cook, stirring, for another 5 minutes.

Add "stars" and mix.

Add water 1 liter (I have a thick soup) or more, at Your discretion. Cover with lid, cook for 15-20 minutes, until the vegetables are tender and pasta. In the middle of cooking, add a clove of garlic pounded in a mortar with a pinch of salt, mix of pepper, Provencal herbs. Adjust soup with salt.

The soup is ready, turn off the heat. Serve hot. You can season the soup with mayonnaise or mustard, I prefer my homemade vegetable sauce "A La ketchup" for refueling.
