Salad
This salad once came to me without a name. I decided to call it so because the two main ingredients of the salad are different elements - Earth and Water. But in my salad, they are wonderful friends. I hope the salad to "make friends" with you.

Ingredients

  • Mushrooms

    500 g

  • Squid

    500 g

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Mayonnaise

    1 Tbsp

  • Walnuts

Cooking

Squid thawed, scalded with boiling water, peel off skins and entrails. Wash mushrooms.

Squid dipped in boiling salted water, fire right off. Leave the squid in boiling water for 5 minutes. Water to merge, squids to cool.

Mushrooms cut into strips (thickness 0.5 cm).

Mushrooms boil in salted water for 20 minutes. Drain the water, mushrooms to cool.

The cooled squid cut into strips.

Walnuts (definitely fried) crushed with a rolling pin "in the dust".

Prepare the salad dressing: you need to mix cottage cheese, izmereny garlic (I RUB on a fine grater), 1 tbsp sour cream and mayonnaise and nuts. Salt refilling is not necessary.

Mix squid, mushrooms and dressing. The salad needs a little to steep, one hour will be enough. Bon appetit! ;-)
