Puff braid cheese-peach
Very gentle, sweet and beautiful twist of puff pastry with cottage cheese and a peach. Those who have not yet learned how to "braid" dough - Welcome!

Ingredients

  • Cheese

    500 g

  • Sour cream

    1 Tbsp

  • Powdered sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Bread crumbs

    2.5 Tbsp

  • Vanilla

  • Peach

    230 g

  • The dough is flaky yeast

    250 g

  • Yolk egg

    1 piece

  • Milk

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

Curd RUB through a sieve (or use a blender). Mix with sour cream, sah. powder, egg and vanilla.

Alternatively, offer such a the filling:200 g frozen cherries+2 tbsp powdered sugar+1 tbsp corn starch+2 children curds "Agusha" (can be regular cheese)

You can weave a "tight" pigtail, i.e. that the filling was not visible (denser put the dough overlap), or more weak, then filling will be a little visible-it's too beautiful. I have the first option, weak weave, the second is tight.
