Everyday honey-Apple pie
Why everyday? Yes, because prepares just for no reason, on weekdays, when I want something sweet for tea. And stuck the pie we have, thanks to my Russian grandmother which yesterday would have turned a hundred years! Cake everyday though, but tasty, easy, with the magical scent of apples and honey.

Ingredients

    0.5 tsp

  • Honey

  • Leavening agent

  • Chicken egg

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Vanilla sugar

    1 pack

  • Flour

    250 g

  • Apple

    500 g

Before you prepare the dough, peel and cut into small (not too) pieces of apples. Sprinkle them with lemon juice, not to dark, and leave on time.

Egg whisk with sugar and vanilla sugar until a thick white foam, add salt and softened butter, whisk until smooth mass. Add the baking powder.

First, add honey and mix thoroughly, then the flour.

The resulting creamy (not too thick, but not liquid) dough lay out the apples. Again, mix thoroughly to evenly distribute them, because the amount of apples slightly less than the volume of the dough.

Spread the batter in a greased form. My form with a diameter of 27 cm. Put in a preheated 200* oven for 35-40 minutes, check the readiness of dry wooden stick (a match, etc.).

Outside of the cake formed a crust, but inside he is soft, airy, spongy. And what flavor! And, thanks to the honey, the cake does not get stale for a long time. But it is unlikely he will have become stale.
