Pogaca
Balkan holiday bread pogacha is notable for its form. Regular pastry roll into tortillas, cut, fold and turns of an intricate layered flower out of the dough. Really this bread will decorate any holiday table, so it's worth a try... so I could not resist and made this wonderful Pohatu. Help yourself!

Ingredients

Preparation: dissolve yeast and sugar in 120 ml of warm milk. Leave to rise for 10-15 minutes.

Sift the flour and salt into a bowl, make a well in the center. Pour the sour cream, butter, egg yolks, remaining milk and yeast.

Knead soft and elastic dough. Form it into a ball and place in a bowl. Cover with cloth and let rest until the dough doubled.
