Manne dessert
Sambali tatlisi very popular in Turkey, very tasty dessert, the flour that I personally love. Tidbits soaked in the sorbet, just melt in your mouth and the flavor... well, just bliss!! I do not like semolina, but some enchantments beckon for another bite. Thank Meryemgul for the recipe.

Ingredients

  • Semolina

    0.5 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 piece

  • Vegetable oil

    150 ml

  • Yogurt

    200 ml

  • Sugar

    3 cup

  • Leavening agent

  • Orange zest

  • Water

    2.5 cup

  • Lemon juice
