Ingredients

  • Yeast

    2 tsp

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Water

    180 ml

  • Milk

    120 ml

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    600 g

  • Sunflower oil

    1 Tbsp

Cooking

In warm milk add yeast, sugar, salt and two tablespoons of flour. Stir, let the dough rise slightly. Add warm water, melted butter and flour. Flour may take more or less. Should be soft, elastic dough (not tight). Cover and remove heat.

Divide the dough into 12-14 pieces.
