Mulled wine with coffee
Isn't it time for us to warm up? Winter comes to warming drinks and great friendly company. For this offer to make mulled wine - one of the most popular in Central Europe hot drinks.

Ingredients

  • Water

    375 ml

  • Carnation

    7 piece

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Coffee natural

    2 tsp

  • Dry red wine

    500 ml

  • Brown sugar

    150 g

  • Cognac

    150 ml

  • Orange

    1 piece

  • Lemon

    1 piece

In a saucepan pour 1 Cup of water, add cloves, cinnamon, nutmeg. Bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Cover and let stand 10 minutes.

In Turku pour coffee, add half a Cup of water, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Let stand 15 minutes.

In a saucepan pour the wine, put on fire and heat for 2 minutes. Remove from heat, add the cane sugar Demerara and stir until dissolved. The amount of sugar, adjust to your taste. This number turns out to be very sweet.

Orange and lemon cut into circles.

To the wine add the strained spiced broth, coffee, half slices of lemon and orange. Warm mulled wine on low heat for 15 minutes without boiling. Remove from heat and pour brandy.

Hot mulled wine spill cups. In a Cup add the remaining mugs of lemon and orange. Serve. Bon appetit!
