Sunday in the country, I always go to the milkman for trehlitrovoy fresh milk. But before giving it often goes sour. Well, as it turns out: while all the neighbors say Hello, while the news will listen while discuss... But that is no reason to be upset, and a very good opportunity to prepare rice milk. Very sweet and refreshing cocktail. And at the same time very nutritious. In thirty-degree heat! When to eat seems to be necessary, but to shove something practically impossible...

Well, just let's warm our podcase milk. We need whey and curd separated from each other.

Remove the cheese you can not very carefully. Small grains can't hurt.

While tinkering with milk, put on to cook a bag of rice. The water is NOT salt! Cook until soft - about 5-6 minutes after the water boils.

Take out the rice. Drain the water. What do we need? Sugar, cinnamon and a few mint leaves. And of course the blender with a cocktail Cup.

Loaded it into blender rice, sugar, mint and pour 0.5 liters of whey. Whisk on highest speed for 5-6 minutes.

Strained the resulting mass through a very fine sieve. When the fluid is to the max will merge left in the sieve again put the rice in a blender, add the remaining 0.5 liters of whey and whisk 5-6 minutes. Again, strain through a fine sieve. All that remains in the sieve after the second straining device. These balances are no longer needed. The resulting cocktail put in refrigerator at least 3 hours. But the more the better. Ideally on the day.

After the drink is aged in the fridge - again, pour it into the blender. You can add ice. And whisk on the highest speed for 8-10 minutes. Pour into glasses, decorate with a sprig of mint and... enjoy!
