Rosettes of cheese
Appetizer of cheese and sprat pate. Quick and easy to prepare. Perfectly embellish the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • Sprats

    200 g

  • Cheese

    400 g

  • Butter

    150 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    2 piece

  • Dill

  • Lettuce

  • Lemon

    0.5 piece

Cheese cut into thin plates, which then, by means of a glass, cut out circles.

Pate place in a bowl and mash with butter until a homogeneous mass.

Each circle of cheese put a little of the prepared mixture.

Top place the second circle of cheese. Put a small amount of pate, slices of pickles.

Lay on lettuce leaves, decorate with dill and lemon.
