Cheese pate with roasted peppers
Interesting taste pate give the baked peppers and add fresh cucumbers.

First you need to prepare roasted peppers. To do this, preheat the oven to 230 degrees t. Put whole peppers on a dry pan (or in shape) and put into the oven. Cook, periodically turning the pepper until the markings on the skin. Then remove the pan from the oven and immediately cover it with foil. In this form, leave the pepper until cool.

After this procedure the skin from the peppers can be easily removed. Clean the peppers from the skin and seeds. The flesh cut into small cubes. Cucumber RUB on a small grater and squeeze excess liquid. Garlic RUB on a small grater.

All the... difficulties ended! :) In a suitable dish mix and a little whisk spatula cheese, butter and olive oil. Add soy sauce, cucumber, garlic and roasted pepper. Season to taste with ground pepper and if needed salt.

Remove the pate in the fridge for 1 hour. Then served with croutons, sprinkle herbs to taste.
