Ingredients

  • Eggplant

    3 kg

  • Pepper

    300 g

  • Onion

    3 piece

  • Garlic

    3 piece

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 piece

  • Carrots

    250 g

  • Vegetable oil

    1 cup

  • Vinegar

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    9 Tbsp

  • Salt

    3 tsp

Cooking

The eggplant boil for 5-10 minutes, let it drain well and cool. It is desirable not to overcook.
