Cooking
Here is the simple set of products that we need for cooking casseroles.
In a large pot pour in the milk and bring it to a boil. Add rice, season with a little salt and cook over low heat, stirring until all the milk is absorbed by rice.
Cooked rice put in a wide dish and cool.
Meanwhile, salmon fillet cut into thin strips.
Preheat the oven to 220 degrees. The cooled rice then place in a bowl. "Break" it with a fork (if it's seized in one piece) or a spoon and add the melted butter. Mix well.
Separate the yolks from the whites. Add to the rice the yolks and mix again.
Then add the grated hard cheese (Parmesan, for example).
Beat the whites with a pinch of salt and add to the rice mass. Gently to mix.
Finely chopped aromatic herbs (this can be any herbs to your taste... I like to use fresh dill, parsley, thyme...), Add them into the rice and really mix well.
Form cake pan greased with butter and sprinkle liberally with breadcrumbs. Then spread, alternating layers of rice and fish. Here it is best to decide if you do form smaller size, it is likely you will have to do three layers of fish and rice then you need to visually divide into 4 parts. I have a form quite large in size so I got 2 layers of fish, and 3 layers of rice, respectively! So, the bottom layer spread the rice. It is important how to level and firm up, helping himself with a spoon.
On top lay a layer of fish. Lightly salt and pepper (optional). And so on...
The last layer put the rice, flatten, and sprinkle with breadcrumbs panirovochnymi. Put in a preheated 220 degree oven on an average level for 20 minutes.
The finished pudding cool slightly and, turning over on serving platter to release from the mold. You can serve it warm!
