Been going to cook potatoes for this recipe, but somehow kept putting it off. Today, finally, got around. It's delicious! Be sure to try!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    8 piece

  • Flour

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

  • Mushrooms

  • Greens

If you have boiled potatoes, is cooked very quickly. If not - boil, it's worth it :-)

Potatoes cleaned, cut into large chunks...

... dip them in 2 tbsp flour...

... and fry in hot vegetable salted butter over high heat. Flip carefully, only 2 times, so as not to break the pieces and give the possibility of appearing on slices of potatoes browned and crispy wonderful crust - in it is precisely the zest, the relish!

Potatoes served hot with piping hot, with herbs and mushrooms. We don't fast, but I think for those who observe lent, this recipe's a Keeper. We potatoes with such an interesting name ate as a side dish to meatballs. Delicious!
