Description
"The dream of the fisherman to catch a fish the size of a boat", I thought, testing another recipe of Jamie Oliver. The original recipe was called "Paprika-stuffed salmon with lemon-thyme sauce," but it seemed to me that we need to come up with something more sonorous. Anyway, I suggest you an incredible hot zakuani or main dish, if you pick up to it type side dish mashed potatoes or rice. I apologize in advance for the picture quality as I have only had the camera for underwater shooting (not kidding)!

Cooking
Take a salmon fillet (or any other fish to your taste). Cut it into thin strips with a thickness of about 1 cm.
Peppers wash, cut in half, remove seeds, rinsed again. Lemons scalded with boiling water. One lemon cut into thin rings. Then two again. From the second to remove the zest. Zest cut into strips. This lemon and squeeze the juice. To make the sauce: mix lemon juice with spices and thyme (dried or fresh) and olive oil. Me: if there is no thyme, take a dry mixture of "Italian herbs".
For 5 minutes to marinate the fish pieces in the sauce. To put 1 strip of fish fillet in each half of the pepper, as in a boat (!!!) and decorate with halves of lemon. On top lay the sliced peel. Pour sauce strips of fish (inside the peppers). Wrap tightly in foil each pepper and put under hot grill for 15 minutes or put in the oven (grill) for 25 minutes.
Gently lay on a dish and decorate the top with a spoon of green pesto.
I decided to shoot a test with a piece of black bread. And I realized that this is the best option. And anyway, it's "the Dream of the fisherman"!
