Usually the potatoes just add to ground meat for juiciness and tenderness. I want to offer you an option where potatoes and meat play an equal role. And these burgers do not need garnish, but only in a good tomato sauce, as they are self-sufficient dish.

Cooking
The potatoes and onions to grate. Pork chop very finely. Add salt, mix and let stand for 10 min.
