Description

Grated pie with black currant
Gorgeous pie - crumbly sweet pastry and slightly sour filling - a great combination! Try to prepare this cake - grated jam tarts do not go to any comparison!!!

Ingredients

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Potato starch

    1 cup

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Margarine

    200 g

  • Chicken egg

    1 piece

  • Soda slaked vinegar

    1.5 tsp

  • Black currants

    1.5 cup

Cooking

step-0
Flour, starch, sugar stir, add a pinch of salt
step-1
Melt margarine, cool slightly, add egg, mix quickly, add soda slaked vinegar, stir
step-2
Add margarine to flour mixture and knead the dough. The dough was soft, buttery, slightly blurred
step-3
Divide the dough into two parts.
step-4
Remove in the freezer for 1-1. 5 hours. I put the dough in the bags - very convenient. You can leave the dough in the freezer for a few days - bake a cake when need be.
step-5
To turn on the oven. Grease the baking sheet with oil (I use sunflower oil) and sprinkle with semolina.
step-6
To get out of the freezer one bun dough and grate it on a coarse grater, spreading evenly on the baking sheet. Then on top of the dough and berries (from me this time frozen) berries and a little sprinkle of sugar (about a tablespoon). Berries should not be much: 1-1. 5 cups.
step-7
The second bun dough to grate on top of the berries and spread evenly to cover berries. Put in the oven on a medium heat for about 45-55 min.
step-8
Here's a Golden pie would work! Pie to cool, then slice into serving pieces. If you want to remove from the pan pie whole, do it very carefully, the cake may break )
step-9
Suggest to make the cake according to this recipe, and to experiment and to change something only after you try the grated pie, for this recipe
