A delicious and hearty mushroom chicken pot pie. This recipe was posted on the website in 2008 by user Ballerina under the name "French quiche with chicken and mushrooms" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Chop the flour with butter to make crumbs. Add the egg and knead the dough.
Chicken fillet cut into small pieces and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown.
To the chicken add the sliced mushrooms, pour a little water, salt and simmer until tender.
Put the dough in a baking pan, pierce dough with a fork and bake in a preheated 200°C oven for 10 minutes.
Eggs lightly beat with cream and a pinch of salt.
In the dried dough to spread the filling, pour the cream, sprinkle with grated on a grater cheese and chopped herbs. Bake in the oven for 30-40 minutes at 200°C.
