Eggplants baked with mushrooms and tomatoes
Long found the recipe online, but made only yesterday. Very highly recommended, especially in season balaganchika! Easy vegetable dish that doesn't take much time to prepare. Special taste and smell gives him the garlic.

Ingredients

  • Cheese

  • Sour cream

  • Tomato

  • Mushrooms

  • Eggplant

    1 piece

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil
