Snowballs microwaved
Found the recipe in a Portuguese magazine with recipes, caramel syrup I thought it was similar to "Molotoff". Very fast, gentle and tasty, a great option to quickly build out the unused protein.

Ingredients

  • Egg white

    4 piece

  • Sugar

    4 Tbsp

  • The sugar syrup

Cooking

Chilled whites beat until stable peaks, add sugar and whisk until smooth and sturdy weight

put in great shape for the microwave and put on full power (about 950 Wt) for 2 minutes

allow to cool and using a knife or spoon and divide it in pieces

put into molds, allow to cool completely in the refrigerator and serve with favorite syrup (mine is liquid caramel).
