Cooking
For this soup I use soup set of trout – head, backbone, tail, fins. From this set, I think, a very good fish broth.
Set to soup add the peeled onion, pepper (peas), cover with water, add salt, bring to boil and simmer for 30-35 minutes.
While cooking the broth, clean shrimp,
Slice the crab sticks, leaving a few pieces for decoration.
From the finished broth to remove the fish to separate it from the bones.
Strain the broth, the onion can be discarded (but I left), add to the broth the potatoes and cook till its ready. Then add shrimp, bring to a boil and cook for 1 minute. Pull out a few pieces of shrimp for processing.
Add the crab sticks and fish, bring to boil and remove from heat.
Grind the soup in a blender, add the cream and warm it on medium heat for 5 minutes.
Pour into soup bowls, garnish deferred prawns and crab sticks, with a sprig of dill. Bon appetit!
