Sandwiches
The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2009, user of Ronja called "Egyptian Sandwiches", and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring& amp;quot;. It was very tasty, however, a reduced number of ingredients and instead of cucumber for decoration used tomato. And yet, just the cheese turned out a little dry, so I added a teaspoon of natural plain yogurt to make it easier to spread. Thanks to the author!!!

Ingredients

  • Baguette

    1 piece

  • Cheese

    200 g

  • The mixture of peppers

  • Salt

  • Yogurt

    1 tsp

  • Tomato

    1 piece

  • Greens

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

Cooking

Baguette slice and fry in a preheated pan with a little oil. You can also it or dry it in the oven, or browned in the toaster.

Cheese mash with a fork, season with salt and pepper to taste. Add the chopped greens. If the mass is dry, you can add a bit of natural yogurt and mix well.

Each fried piece of bread to RUB with garlic, put on top of cottage cheese.

Decorate with slice of tomato (or cucumber), and you can enjoy!!! The author even offers to experiment with feta, feta cheese, adding olives, shrimp and celery, but we liked very much the original version.
