Description

Very easy roll of puff pastry - the "wand" on many occasions: for a festive table unexpected guests, on nature, on the road. Here again, used my magic number: 4 product composition and the principles: easy, fast and delicious. Bon appetit!

Ingredients

  • Puff pastry

    400 g

  • Tuna

    1 can

  • Leeks

    0.5 piece

  • The creme fraiche

    100 g

  • Chicken egg

    0.5 piece

Cooking

4 product (in this embodiment, used in Philadelphia, but usually take - crème fraiche)

Drain the oil from the tuna. Add in the canned crème fraiche (or Philadelphia)

Chopped 0,5 piece white part of leek

Add to the stuffing

Stir well, whisking with a fork. The stuffing is ready!

Spread the filling on puff pastry dough (I had fresh!)

Spread on a baking sheet in the oven, pierce it with a fork and brush with egg. Bake 20 min at 200°C
