So, let's start! To start, let's prepare all the ingredients. With them, I hope it is clear, however, I will say a few words about "Panera" (homemade cheese) and butter "Ghee": the Paneer is cottage cheese, obtained by setting milk, natural acids. It could be citric acid contained in lemon juice and sour serum, yogurt, sour cream, and yogurt. For this dish we will need the "Paneer" is not pressed(!), then it will be soft and pleasant in this dish. Butter "Ghee" (here the letter "X" proiznositsya breathy, almost inaudible, but because this oil is sometimes referred to simply as "GI") is clarified butter. It is prepared by long boiling oil on low heat, removing the foam and pop-up debris, making sure not burnt sludge. After a few hours the oil becomes completely transparent, the color of the purest amber and thin with a unique nutty flavor. At this stage, the oil is filtered through cheesecloth and poured into vessels for storage. This oil does not burn, unlike vegetable oils and animal fats, and it is incredibly delicious and infinitely useful. In Ayurveda, the "Ghee" is considered almost the main therapeutic agent. Later I'll share the recipe for this magical "Gift of the Gods", and yet, you can safely replace it with any vegetable oil. Wow... Hand tired typing :) well, go ahead.
