Vegetable salad
Light, fresh, healthy salad. You can cook all year round using fresh or frozen Kale.

Ingredients

  • Cauliflower

    250 g

  • Green beans

    300 g

  • Corn

    1 can

  • Broccoli

    250 g

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

Cooking

Cauliflower and broccoli boil in salted water. Cooled.

Beans boiled in salted water and cooled.

Cabbage cut into small florets, add kidney beans and corn.

Gently stir the vegetables with the sweetcorn and season with pepper and mayonnaise. Bon appetit!
