Ingredients

  • Beets

    500 g

  • Canned mushrooms

    250 g

  • Green peas

    212 g

  • Pickled cucumber

    1 piece

  • Green onions

    1 coup

  • Garlic

    1 tooth

  • Vinegar

    1 tsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

Beets and cucumbers cut into small cubes.

Wash the mushrooms and finely chop. Onions to chop.

Add the separated green peas and chopped garlic. Season with salt, sugar, vinegar, oil to taste. Mix well.
