A simple set of products for a fragrant jam. Lemons and lime, melon and raspberries - washed, dried and ready to process.
With lemon and lime to remove the zest (I removed the float, a special knife at hand was not), the juice is pressed. In the kitchen was spread with absolutely delicious flavors. Peel pour pressed juice and fill with brown sugar, leave to stand for an hour to infuse.
A melon cut in half, free from seeds, cut into slices, remove the skin and the flesh cut into small cubes.
The zest with brown sugar put into a bowl or saucepan, pour back the same 200 ml of water, pour in the remaining sugar, stir and over medium heat bring to a boil.
Pour in the boiling syrup slices of melon, again bring to a boil and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the raspberries and boil for another 5 minutes, periodically removing the foam. Then allow to cool, put in 5 - 6 hours, again put on fire and boil it since boiling 20 minutes.
Allow to cool and put in sterilized jars, close with lids and store in a cool place. Was in full confidence that filmed this idealistic picture: four jars of jam, but no her show is closer to the glassful. The jam looks great in the transparent glassware, like wine glasses or thin glasses low.
