Tomatoes in Apple juice
My husband likes plain pickled tomatoes in vinegar, and I don't like... So what, I now don't have pickled tomatoes?! And here and there. For myself, I close my tomatoes in Apple juice. And then get the maximum pleasure. And most importantly, outrageously simple and easy!

Ingredients

  • Tomato

  • Apple juice

    1 l

  • Salt

  • Water

Prepare the tomatoes. Choose the most ripe and wash them.

With a toothpick make punctures at the base of the tomato.

Place prepared tomatoes in a sterilized jar.

Twice pour freshly boiled water, each time for 10-15 minutes. Then drain the water.

On top of the tomatoes pour salt. You can add any spices to your taste. I add nothing.

And pour the boiling Apple juice.

Roll up and turn upside down until cool.
