Three years ago we celebrated the New Year in St. Petersburg, in a cozy family cafe. This salad on the festive table was not only the most beautiful but also most delicious. And since the owner was a friend of one of our friends, I was not difficult to find out the recipe. Since then, I cook it not only for the New Year and other holidays. The salad has several components that need to prepare in advance - chicken fillet, croutons, and cheese balls. Cook these 3 ingredients and store in containers under cover. In hour X, it is sufficient to chop vegetables, add to water harvesting and dressing. So, prepare the croutons. Cut small cubes of bread. Mix olive oil, soy sauce, herbes de Provence and chopped garlic. Add the diced bread, stir.

Fry in a pan or toast them in the oven.

Chicken fillet (from me this time Turkey breast) cut into thin wedges, drizzle with olive oil, soy sauce, sprinkle with C. M. pepper and sesame seeds (black or white). Leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.

Fry in a pan until tender. Not passivity! The chicken pieces should remain tender and juicy.

For cheese balls, you can use cottage cheese or feta (Fitaki in jars). Mix cream cheese, finely chopped herbs and garlic, p.m. pepper.

Cut thin strips of bell peppers, half rings red onion, lettuce tear by hand or cut into strips. Instead of salad you use cabbage or iceberg lettuce.

For the filling mix the mayonnaise, garlic, p.m. pepper, soy sauce and the juice of half a tangerine.

Mix vegetables, salad and chicken. Croutons and cheese balls are placed on top. Pour with the dressing. PS the Amount of soy sauce and garlic can be reduced.
