I offer a wonderful recipe for Apple cheesecake. Delicious dough, mouth-watering juicy, flavorful Apple filling with lemon peel and cinnamon. Cooking
In the water, crumble the yeast and add 1 tsp of sugar of the total volume - mix and set aside for 15 minutes, until the advent of "cap".

Prepare streusel. In a Cup mix the flour, sugar and vanilla sugar. Add the butter and RUB with your hands (I work as a fork) until crumbs. Put into the refrigerator.
Divide the dough into 10 parts of 76.5 g, rounding them up and leave alone for 10 minutes under foil, then flatten the dough with a tortilla and spread on a baking tray lined with baking paper, at a distance from each other, cover with foil and leave for 15 minutes to rise.
