Cake
For me remained a mystery, which section to include this recipe – rather, it's all the same casserole, but not quite. Very tender, flavorful, not dry. Berry blotches (I took black currant) give a light acidity successfully accentuates the chocolate and cheese flavors.

Ingredients

  • Sugar

    1 cup

  • Semolina

    1.5 cup

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Vanilla

  • Leavening agent

    1 pack

  • Berry

    0.5 cup

  • Dark chocolate

    100 g

  • Cocoa powder

    1.5 Tbsp

Cheese, if it krupitchatoy, is usually recommended to wipe through a sieve. 30 seconds I milled it with a knife in a food processor along with sour cream. I made this homogeneous mass.

Add in the cottage cheese-sour cream mix sugar, vanillin, semolina, baking powder and mix everything together. Eggs, beat separately. Add eggs to the mix, stir, it is quite liquid mass.

Share it in half, in one part add the berries (not defrosting). Basically, I have almost no visible separation between bright and dark, so you can not share.

Chocolate (half a tile) a small chop with a knife (otherwise it will just settle to the bottom).

In the second half, add cocoa powder, chocolate, stir.

Form vystelim baking paper. I have a rectangle 18 x 25 cm Pour white dough, then dark. Bake at 180 deg. check readiness of a wooden skewer.

The finished casserole cools. The remaining Palicki of chocolate broken into small pieces, add a few tablespoons of water (if you have one, you can take milk), melt and pour on top. Wait until hardens, and cut into slices. Bon appetit!
