Description
For me remained a mystery, which section to include this recipe – rather, it's all the same casserole, but not quite. Very tender, flavorful, not dry. Berry blotches (I took black currant) give a light acidity successfully accentuates the chocolate and cheese flavors.

Cooking
Cheese, if it krupitchatoy, is usually recommended to wipe through a sieve. 30 seconds I milled it with a knife in a food processor along with sour cream. I made this homogeneous mass.
