Easy and delicious cheesecake dessert that doesn't require a lot of time, abundance of kitchen gadgets, and most importantly - the oven! A great option when you are already on the way to you, and from sweet home only love :)

Cooking
Gelatin pour 100 ml of cool water for 30 minutes, then dissolve in a water bath until it dissolves. Raisins pour boiling water for 10 minutes. Mash the cottage cheese, softened butter, sugar, vanilla sugar and egg yolks until smooth.
Pour in the cooled gelatin and beat with a mixer until smooth.
Add chopped nuts and raisins, previously draining water from it. Mix.
Pour the mixture in a split mold (my diameter 18 cm), greased, and put in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
For the glaze, melt water bath chocolate, enter the powdered sugar and sour cream. Stir to combine, slightly cool and top cheesecake with glaze. Again, refrigerate until the icing cools and thickens.
The finished cheesecake garnish with nuts and serve. Bon appetit!
