Pudding is a classic English dessert. Originally, puddings were prepared on the basis of bread or flour, and baked them in the oven! We are going to cook a very easy pudding based on milk, which will cool and will serve as a tasty dessert.

Cooking
Prepare the necessary products.
In a small saucepan, pour milk and add sugar! Well warmed up before full dissolution of sugar.
Add the corn starch with cocoa powder and pink salt. I recommend to use in puddings and mousse desserts the pink Himalayan salt! She very gently and softly accentuate the sweet taste of dessert! Mix well the mixture to avoid lumps! Bring to a boil and slightly diminish the fire. Cook for 3-4 minutes with constant stirring! The mixture will thicken - do not let it burn!
Remove the mixture from heat and add vanilla essence and butter! As you can see, quickly formed a nasty film on the surface - therefore very actively divide and give to tighten her dessert.
After the oil sent broken pieces of the chocolate and again stir the pudding until it dissolves. Now there are two scenario: 1) can be obtained pudding spread out to harden on a portion kremanki or glasses and send them to harden (don't forget to cover with cling film, to avoid the same crust) 2) leave the whole pudding in one bowl, cover with cling film and put into the fridge to full curing and cooling.
