All too simple! And the result is amazing! Offer a recipe that we have in the course from the time of the ripening of red beet. Steamed beets are delicious hot, warm or cold. Meat, fish, potatoes and bread with tomato and a bit of sugar.

Cooking
The number of ingredients everyone take in its sole discretion. I'm putting out a lot of beets, somewhere kilos immediately. Here is a simple set of products, plus salt and pepper to taste. You can add other spices, all at your discretion.
First, cut the onion into cubes and fry in sunflower oil.
Garlic press, a grater I cut and toasted onions give.
Three beets on a coarse grater, I love the grater loin, and a pan to the onions with garlic.
From tomato or a few cut and svetluska. Instead of tomatoes tomato sauce or tomato paste. Salt, pepper, stir, cover and simmer over medium heat 10-15 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Let it brew for 5-10 minutes and treat.
