An elegant holiday dish. Made on a festive table on 9 May, mother, I have party wars. Breast this nice and cold as an appetizer if cut into slices it.

Cooking
Mix all ingredients for marinade. In Breasts with a thick hand to make deep incisions to form a "pocket" and pour the marinade for 1 hour. Several times during this time to turn.
