Ingredients

Heart cut lengthwise, rinse well under cold running water from blood clots. To prisolit. Warm a pan and dissolve in it the butter. Fry in intensive fire of the heart 5-7 minutes until Golden brown. Remove from the heat.

Here :) the Cheese used in jars - "Merry milkman", "Almette" is possible (without any additives). Potato chip get type PAI, the main thing is not to oversalt (use very little salt when frying).
