Rolls of pancakes with seafood.

Ingredients

  • Chicken egg

    3 piece

  • Milk

    4 cup

  • Flour

    2 cup

  • Vegetable oil

    2 Tbsp

  • Salt

    0.5 tsp

  • Trout

    400 g

  • Sour cream

    1 cup

  • Caviar black

    3 Tbsp

  • Caviar

    3 Tbsp

  • Dill

    1 coup

  • Parsley

    1 coup

Eggs, salt, stir, add about half of the rate of milk (about 2 cups) and while stirring add as much wheat flour as necessary to obtain a semi-liquid consistency of the dough( about 2 cups). Stir the batter so that no lumps, preferably using a mixer (fast and good!). then gradually add rest of milk while stirring. In the finished dough add vegetable oil and stir. Bake pancakes on a heated pan, pouring on it a thin layer of dough. Rate of 4-5 glasses of milk conditional: the flour is different in quality, so milk can go more or less. It is important that the dough is not thicker than a liquid cream or heavy cream.

Prepare the sauce: in sour cream, add melkorublenoy greens, caviar red and black mix.

Pancake grease sauce.

Top with thin sliced fish.

Roll into a log and cut diagonally into 4 pieces. The dish will go with a Bang, Bon appetit!!!
