Saguday I cooked salmon. My family liked this recipe. Delicious the fish turned out. The recipe for this dish was posted on the website in 2007 by user Nina Komorsky called "Saguday" and is illustrated with me in the framework of "Coloring".

Cooking
Remove carefully the skin from the salmon. Cut into slices about 2 - 2.5 cm Place the slices in a bowl. Ingredients - onion, garlic, pepper and allspice, dill, Bay leaf.
Chop the onion, garlic. And all the ingredients put into the bowl with the fish. Sugar, salt, butter and also squeeze in lemon juice. Mix well. A bowl of salmon and cover and leave on the table for 4 hours. Perhaps someone doesn't like fish with lemon. You can do without it. Then the fish will be ready after 4 hours and a bit more. The lemon color of fish has changed, white. Each slice cut lengthwise into two parts. Internal bright face up spread on a plate or toast.
Salmon serve with potatoes and lemon. Would be appropriate here olives, but, unfortunately, I was not.
The sons would not eat the salmon with potatoes. I made these toasts. Butter don't eat but they love my mayonnaise (horseradish). On toast smeared with mayonnaise. Laid out on top of the fish. Decorated with lettuce and lemon.
