Description
My grandmother always said that the table on Passover must be rich and varied. Here's a layered cake I made for his family for the holiday. Looks very impressive, bright, unusual! But at the same time home-cozy! Hope it will delight you and your family with its taste and aroma!

Mushrooms cut into large pieces and fry in 1 tbsp oil together with the fennel in a pan for 5-7 minutes.
Minced meat with chopped onions and Basil, without adding oil, fry in a pan. 2 minutes before end of cooking add finely chopped garlic.
The bottom and sides of the form for baking grease with vegetable oil. Lay a parchment, also greased. Well, now we can start to put our layers. The first is a layer of mushrooms.
Then a layer of cheese, shabby on a coarse grater.
Make the dough, which mix separately the wet ingredients and dry separately. Then mix together liquid and dry ingredients for the dough to avoid lumps and let stand for 10 minutes for it to start to work baking powder and soda. The dough consistency as on pancakes, well, maybe a little thinner.
Pour the batter on top of our layers, to give it a "penetrate" to the bottom of the future pie, about 10 minutes.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes. Pie top should be pale Golden brown.
To get the pie from the oven and allow to stand for 5 minutes. Then cover the pie plate and turn it over. Cool slightly, remove the parchment and serve.
