Cooking
On the bottom of a round shape, greased with oil, put thinly sliced circles of potatoes in two layers, or thicker, but then in one layer. Salt, flavoring.
Sour cream mix with the remaining grated on a coarse grater potatoes and cheese. To prisolit, add fragrant pepper and spread on top of potato circles.
A sour cream layer onion, cut into small cubes or thin stripes.
Top cooked chicken cubes, boiled in salted water.
In a separate bowl, mix eggs, seasonings and fermented baked milk.
Add the sifted flour mixed with baking powder and beat well.
Zucchini wash, grate on a coarse grater and add to batter, stir well with a spoon. The dough will be liquid.
Pour the batter cake. And send about 30-40 minutes in a preheated oven to 180C.
When the cake is ready, cool it and gently turn.
It will look like a cake if you fry hard. Looks very nice!
