Vegetable smoothies For adults
There are ripe-ripe tomatoes, couple of cucumbers?! So let's cook smoothie, just 5 minutes... and on the table a refreshing vitamin drink. Help yourself.

Ingredients

  • Tomato

    500 g

  • Cucumber

    2 piece

  • Soy sauce

    2 Tbsp

  • Onion

    1 piece

  • Garlic

    2 tooth

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 tsp

  • Salt

To prepare the vegetables, wash and dry. Onions and garlic peel.

Ball blender cucumber with onions. Pour into a pitcher or jar.

Then break the tomatoes with garlic. Run separately by color. Pour cucumber juice. Look how beautiful it is!

Pour soy sauce, mix well.

Add hot pepper, mix well. Season with salt to taste.
